It's beginning to look a lot like former JOURNEY singer Steve Perry finally has some new music for us. On Monday, he posted a message saying, quote, "I know it's been a long time comin'." But things REALLY blew up yesterday.
First, Amazon listed an album called "Traces", with an October 5th release date. They also posted the cover art and track list. But they yanked it.
But then it appeared on iTunes' JAPAN store for pre-order, along with a 90-second preview of a song called "No Erasin'". Since then, a 2-minute, 20-second preview has surfaced.
Journey guitarist Neal Schon listened to it, and he said, quote, "He sounds great."
